Dr Ottah, who said he was overwhelmed by the giving-back spirit of Chief Godwin Obla, SAN, the Chairman of GODWIN OBLA FOUNDATION, recalled how the Foundation had earlier built and donated a modern Kidney Centre to the Federal University of Health Sciences Teaching Hospital in Otukpo, among many other numerous progressive projects contributing to the enhanced well-being of individuals and the human community at large.
