Barr Sam Odeh, who was speaking at the official inauguration of the Arc Sonny Echono propelled Learn2Earn digital acquisition training project at LEEF Center, Otukpo, Benue State, while referring to the recent internecine power tussle at FUHSO as a dark spot on the developmental strides of the specialized health-based University, expressed happiness with the amicable resolution of the imbroglio, praying that such should never happen again.

The Deputy Governor heaped encomium on Prof Innocent Ujah and the other Idoma Education Foundation Professors who fought against all odds to actualize the establishment of FUHSO, adding that posterity will judge them favourably.
The former Honourable Minister of Niger Delta was also full of praises for the Acting Vice-Chancellor of FUHSO, Prof Steve Abah, for restoring sanity and peace to the Institution within the short period of overseeing the place, noting that he has known Prof Abah as a classmate at Wesley High School, Otukpo, and can vouch for his ability and capability to move the nascent University to the next desirable level.
Barrister Odeh made a passionate appeal to all, especially Idoma indigenes, to contribute to the development of FUHSO through infrastructural, ecademic, and research endowments, pointing out that everyone has a role to play.
